OPTION 1. We act as your Wedding Planner to ensure the smooth running of your special day with all arrangements to be agreed & booked through the Whitminster House office
The Venue charge is @ £3,000 + VAT, for use of the Manor House Reception rooms and grounds during the 1st part of your Reception and the early evening, with fires lit in the Hall & Drawing room for your guests to sit round in friendly conversation away from any noise in the Marquee
And, for the main Reception, Catering, Speeches, Dancing etc., a Marquee is required to be hired through our suppliers, to be sited on our spacious lawns, with a covered walk-way from the House
The Manor House doors will be closed at a reasonable hour, at our discretion, but you are welcome to continue for as long as you wish in the Marquee, subject to current law.
With this Option you do need at least to book the West Wing & Old Stables & Lodge Cottage accommodations for your full privacy. You will have use of the Marquee and our spacious lawns & BBQ also for the next day
OPTION 2. sited on the large WEST WING lawn - the Venue charge is @ £2,000 + VAT. We act as your Wedding Planner as above... & with this Option you need at least to book the West Wing & Old Stables & Lodge Cottage accommodations
OPTION 3. @ £1,500 sited on a mown field in our grounds -Choose this option if you wish to make most of the hiring arrangements direct yourselves - details on our website

Catering: Self-catering. For special parties catering can be arranged. We have a 'residential licence' & can obtain what you want through our `trade` accounts.
Kitchen: Well equipped kitchens in all properties with electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, caffetiere etc.
Dining Room:
Dining room or Kitchen/dining room in each property, plus extra seminar/dining room to seat up to 50 & small barn to seat 30, for larger gatherings.
Sitting Room: Comfortable living areas
TV and Music Facilities: TV, video, DVD, music centre and Karaoke in party room
Heating/Open Fires:
Oil-fired central heating, economy 7 and open fires depending on the property & extra free standing electric heaters also supplied

Linen: Bed Linen is provided. UK visitors are requested to bring own towels - free for Overseas visitors arriving by plane, train or sea.
Bathrooms: A mix of en-suite and separate bath and shower rooms

One cottage is suitable for accompanied disabled visitors. The property has level access throughout
